Job Title: Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary: SPANCO, Inc. is looking
for a reliable, customer centric individual for an inside sales and estimating position.
This person will be responsible for daily communication with customers and internal
departments to provide sales quotes, enter product orders, and answer technical
questions.
Primary Functions and Responsibilities
- Provide sales quotes on products to distributors
- Work closely with engineering department on design of custom orders.
- Entry of confirmed sales order into order management system.
- Answer technical sales questions relating to
SPANCO products.
- Communication with sales, engineering, and shipping
departments to track product orders and provide customers with order status.
Qualification Guidelines
- Technical degree a plus.
- Must have mechanical aptitude.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Good phone presence a must.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft
Office Suite; in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
