Fall protection systems are used to protect workers from injury due to falls. Fall arrest track systems by SPANCO have a lightweight ergonomic design. Our fall arrest track produces a low co-efficient of friction that allows easy movement of trolleys and cranes, which reduces stress and fatigue on operators.

Features
Plain fall arrest track is available in three standard sizes with steel or aluminum construction. Plain steel track is supported every 24”, 40”, or 60” depending on the track size. Plain aluminum track fall arrest, ALU-TRACK®, is supported at 7 or 10 foot centers depending on track size.

All fall protection trolley wheels are equipped with sealed bearings. The swivel eye trolley on the fall arrest system allows more freedom of movement for operator and prevents lanyard twisting.

Customization
SPANCO dual track/two man fall protection systems allow two workers to pass by each other without detachment or interference. This is an ideal option for applications that require multiple operators on one fall arrest system. SPANCO fall arrest track systems can be designed for indoor or outdoor use. Hot dip galvanizing is available on these fall protection systems.

SPANCO designs and tests our fall arrest systems and components to ANSI Z359.1 and OSHA 1926.
