SPANCO Rigid Lifelines Rigid Track Fall Protection Systems are available with four track designs:
Plain Track
SPANCO Rigid Lifelines Plain Track is available in three standard sizes with steel or aluminum construction. Plain steel track is supported every 24", 40", or 60" depending on the track size. It provides an affordable, low profile design where overhead clearance is reduced and circles or curves are needed.
Truss Track
SPANCO Rigid Lifelines Truss Track enables greater distance between support points with minimum loss off headroom. Truss designed fall protection track is available in two standard sizes. The combination of high strength to low weight ratio helps to reduce stress on structures.
Dual Truss Track
SPANCO Rigid Lifelines Dual Truss Track is designed with two individual, enclosed tracks that allow two workers to hook into the system and pass each other – at the same time and in the same work area – increasing productivity.
ALU-TRACK
SPANCO Rigid Lifelines ALU-TRACK is the only fall protection track that can be used in the food processing industry (other than stainless steel track). Because it is made of aluminum, SPANCO ALU-TRACK will not corrode or rust and there are no painted surfaces that could chip, flake and fall into the food process.
