A modular designed, SPANCO Retrofit Drive will fit all indoor freestanding jib crane applications with a box style head assembly by bolting to the back of the assembly. The high efficiency electric motor ensures good traction with large, worm gear reducer power steel rollers that contain polyurethane treads. The drive rollers provide a constant driving force with easy-to-adjust spring tension.
Features
SPANCO's standard Retrofit Drive is single speed with a mainline contactor, reversing contactor, control transformer and a fused NEMA 3R control enclosure. All control enclosures come loose for remote mounting by others.
Options
Retrofit drive kits are an affordable solution for upgrading an existing freestanding jib crane or as a lower cost alternative to power rotate a new jib crane. Retrofit Drive kit options include:
